The town of Mt. Jefferson was a sleepy town in the 30' and 40's. Three boys grew up together and their lives were permanently connected. One a jeweler, one a Cop and one a Pastor. They married, went to war and each came home changed by life. A story of friendship, flawed humanity, and the truth. A fun read, i enjoyed following all the twists and turns on the way to a surprising conclusion.
