Anastasia and Christian are working out how to live as a married couple. Christian still struggles with the fear that Ana will leave him, and Ana with the fear that she can never convince Christian of his own worthiness of her love and her commitment to him.She must deal with her own fear of loss in a very unexpected way! Lots of intrigue and more danger than in the first two books, a bit less of the whips and chains, mild B and D, but still enough sex to be interesting. We find out more about Christian's early years as he slowly explores his past. The end gives us a peek into the future and a look back at the past for a different perspective on the beginning. A fitting end to the trilogy.
